I am an AHPRA-registered acupuncturist and practitioner of Chinese Medicine with over 15 years of clinical experience. My practice is based in Wahroonga on Sydney's Upper North Shore, where I have had the privilege of supporting thousands of patients through some of life's most significant health journeys from a first fertility consultation to a healthy baby in arms.
My special interest lies in fertility and women's health. I work with individuals and couples navigating the path to parenthood whether that is natural conception, IVF support, recurrent miscarriage, PCOS, or unexplained infertility. I also work extensively with pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause, and the full spectrum of women's hormonal health.
Beyond women's health, I treat stress, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, headaches, and general wellbeing concerns every day. Acupuncture works best as part of a whole-person approach that addresses the root cause instead of only the presenting symptom.
My approach is warm, trauma-informed and deeply personalised. I take the time to listen to your story. Sessions stay collaborative, paced by you, and designed to make you feel genuinely cared for.
Outside the clinic, I am a proud mum to three teenage boys and two cocker spaniels, and a passionate advocate for integrative women's health care on the North Shore.
